A scientific conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev was held in Guba on the theme "Development of agriculture in Azerbaijan using innovative ways and ecological problems". Employees of various scientific research institutes operating in our country participated in the conference organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center, the National Aerospace Agency of the Ministry of Defense Industry (MAKA) and the Scientific Research Institute of Fruit and Tea Cultivation of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Before the event, the dear memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence, and a video dedicated to the great leader was watched.

Anar Jafarov, Director of Agrarian Innovation Center, Bahram Aliyev, Director of Ecology Institute, and Ilham Garagurbanli, Director of Fruit and Tea Cultivation Scientific Research Institute, spoke at the conference and emphasized that great leader Heydar Aliyev had exceptional services in the establishment and development of the agricultural system as well as in all areas of the economy in our country.

At the conference, panel discussions were held on the topics "Climate changes and technologies based on innovative solutions in agriculture" and "Innovative solutions for efficient and sustainable use of water in agriculture".

Conference participants who participated in the panel discussions made speeches on "Biomonitoring of air pollution", "Application of nanomaterials in plant tissue culture technology", "Application of nanotechnology in microelectronics", "Effect of various nanoparticles on the productivity of fruit trees" and other topics.

Certificates were presented to the participants of the conference.

At the end of the event, a memorandum on joint cooperation was signed.
