The next information session about the "GreenAgroHack" hackathon competition was held at Mingachevir State University.
Students of the Information Technology and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Ecology, Tourism and Economics faculties of the university participated in the information session organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, Azerbaijan Technical University, "Information Valley" Baku Center and in partnership with a number of Incubation and Acceleration Centers.
Director of Agrarian Innovation Center Anar Jafarov, Rector of Mingachevir State University Shahin Bayramov, Head of protocol sector of KTN International Relations Department Togrul Gafarbeyli, Head of "Bilisim Vadisi" Baku Center Gamat Karimov spoke at the meeting.
During the speech, the conditions of participation in the hackathon were widely informed and the subjects were actively invited to participate in the hackathon.
It was noted that in the hackathon competition, which will be organized within the framework of the 17th Azerbaijan International Agricultural Exhibition, which will be held on May 15-17, 2024, at the "Baku Expo Center", the teams will consist of 5 people within the framework of the "2024 World Solidarity Year". will be formed with the joint participation of a number of different universities.
Also, during the speech, it was brought to the students' attention that to participate in the hackathon, teams consisting of students of at least two different universities (at least 1 woman and 1 person from the previous years' graduate students as a mentor) can apply for teams or individually.
The students were also informed that the teams will be provided with ecologically clean food and juices during the competition.
It should be noted that "GreenAgroHack" is a competition for finding and preparing certain technological solutions in accordance with the given technical task for 29 hours 29 minutes 29 seconds, which will be held within the framework of the "17th Azerbaijan International Agricultural Exhibition".
