The next information session about the "GreenAgroHack" hackathon competition was held at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University.

At the information session held with students of Ganja State University, Azerbaijan University of Technology and Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, discussions were held regarding the hackathon to be organized within the framework of the "17th Azerbaijan International Agricultural Exhibition" (Caspian Agro) to be held on May 15-17.

During the meeting held at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, Azad Ibrahimov, vice-rector for scientific affairs, Anar Jafarov, director of the Agrarian Innovation Center, Togrul Gafarbeyli, head of the protocol sector of the International Relations Department, representatives of the "FemTech" Acceleration Center and the SABAH.HUB Innovation Center, Guler Shahidli and Ibrahim Suleymanov, talked about the hackathon. gave detailed information and invited students to actively participate in the registration of the hackathon.

During the speech, A. Ibrahimov mentioned about the projects implemented at the university and future directions, and invited the young people to participate in the hackathon.

A. Jafarov gave extensive information about the conditions of the hackathon and told the students that the hackathon will be important for their career development and the realization of their innovative ideas.

Also, other speakers called the students to actively participate in "GreenAgroHack" and expressed their recommendations.

During the information session, the students were informed that they will be grouped into teams of at least 5 students (at least 1 lady and 1 person from the previous years' graduate students as a mentor) formed from students of at least two different universities to participate in the hackathon.

Also, if there are individual applicants, after all the applications are finished, the organization committee will form groups in the form of 5-person teams.

We inform you that the main goal of the hackathon is the development of special software, smart solutions in the agricultural field, the role of innovation in the agricultural field, and increasing the interest of young people in the projects and start-up programs implemented in the agricultural field.
