Agrarian Innovation Festival was held in Hajigabul district under the organization of Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture. The festival was organized in the agropark of “Agro Dairy” LLC. A seed exhibition-sale fair was organized at the festival where agricultural products and technologies were exhibited.
The 6th seed exhibition-sale fair of the season was organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center, Agrarian Services Agency, State Seed Fund, Azerbaijan Seed Growers Association. About 30 state and private seed producers participated in the festival. At the fair, farmers were educated about the advantages of certified seeds.
During the festival, seed producers and farmers were trained on the topic of “Seed production and processing”, questions of interest to farmers were answered in detail, and relevant advice and recommendations were given.
About 50 state and private institutions operating in the country and specializing in various fields of the agrarian sector, as well as foreign companies, participated in the festival.
At the festival in Hajigabul district, along with the exhibition and sale of seeds, agricultural machinery, modern irrigation methods and technologies, samples of fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural products were exhibited in accordance with the tradition of festivals. For the first time, poleless hangars and new equipment used in the field of agriculture were exhibited at the festival.
Also, the participants of a number of start-up contests and contests organized and initiated by the Agrarian Innovation Center demonstrated their prototypes, products and solutions, inventions.
