The next Agrarian Innovation Festival was organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in Agstafa region.

The next seed exhibition and sale fair of the season was organized within the framework of the festival organized in the territory of Aghstafa Agrarian Industrial Complex. Seed producers and farmers from Aghstafa, Tovuz, Gazakh, Shamkir, Gadabey, Goygol, Samukh, Goranboy, Dashkasan regions participated in the seed exhibition and sale fair organized by Agrarian Innovation Center, Agrarian Services Agency, State Seed Fund, Azerbaijan Seed Growers Association.

During the festival, farmers engaged in seed production were trained on "Production of vegetable seeds using innovative methods", discussions were held, questions of interest to farmers were answered in detail, relevant advice and recommendations were given. 

The exhibition and demonstration of agricultural technology and equipment, "Russia-Azerbaijan Field Day - 2023" was also held within the framework of the festival.

At the events, institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and other state enterprises informed about their activities and services, as well as demonstrated the products of more than 60 local and foreign companies operating in the agricultural field.

Within the framework of "Russia-Azerbaijan Field Day-2023", 14 selected companies of the specialized equipment market of Russia exhibited their products and equipment.

During the event, Russia's leading agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises had the opportunity to display their machinery and equipment, as well as to show presentations and testing of their products to local companies and farmers.

A round table on "Development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia in the fields of agricultural and food engineering" was held at the event organized by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Russia and in partnership with the Russian Trade Mission in Azerbaijan. At the event, discussions were held between experts of local and foreign companies and state institutions, and business meetings were held between Russian and local companies and state institutions in order to assess cooperation opportunities and form business relations.

It should be noted that the festival organized in Aghstafa district is the 20th event organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center.

The next festival will be held on August 31 in Gusar district.
