A credit fair was organized with the participation of AKIA, SIF and banks within the framework of the Agrarian Business Festival.

Organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, the next Agrarian Business Festival and the last seed exhibition-sale fair of the season were held in Jalilabad district.

Farmers and seed producers from Jalilabad, Masalli, Lankaran, Astara, Lerik and Yardimli took part in the festival held in the territory of the Jalilabad State Vocational Center under the joint organization of the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Agency for Vocational Education under the Ministry of Science and Education. Within the framework of the fair, seed producers took advantage of the opportunity to sell by showing their products to farmers.

Various innovative products and technologies were demonstrated by private companies at the 29th Agrarian Business Festival organized in Jalilabad in order to promote innovations in the field of agriculture and expand business relations between farmers and entrepreneurs. Subordinate agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture presented their advice and services to farmers at the festival.

Within the framework of the festival, a Credit Fair was held with the participation of the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, as well as various bank and non-bank credit organizations. At the credit fair, farmers addressed inquiries to specialists about the credit products they were interested in and received the necessary information.

During the festival, farmers engaged in seed production were trained by the Agricultural Training Center of the Agrarian Services Agency on the topic "Importance of certified seeds", discussions were held, questions of interest to farmers were answered in detail, relevant advice and recommendations were given.

At the festival, different women's groups and cooperatives demonstrated and sold their products. The exhibition of modern agricultural techniques and students' handicrafts belonging to Jalilabad State Vocational Training Center was welcomed by the participants of the event.

 It should be noted that, organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, during the season seed exhibition and sales fairs are held in Sheki, Oguz, Zardab, Agsu, Goranboy, Tartar, Masalli, Neftchala, Gakh, Balaken, Nakhchivan, Sharur, Shabran, Siyazan, Beylagan and Jalilabad in the regions.

At the seed exhibition-sale fairs, which started from Sheki on August 16, highly reproduced, certified seeds for planting autumn cereals were displayed. The main purpose of holding the fairs in different regions is the formation of the seed market, holding business and efficient meetings, ensuring the availability of certified seeds for farmers.

Within the framework of the seed exhibition and sale fairs, farmers were given detailed information about obtaining certified seeds, correct selection of varieties according to the soil and climate characteristics of the regions, cleaning and conditioning of seeds, and trainings were held on various topics related to seed production in order to educate farmers.
